Gift Shop Project makes a variety of small objects
available for purchase. Each object is available in an edition of 10.
The objects are varied: 1942 Canadian Dimes which are 80% sterling silver
and worth approximately $4.81 for their silver content, white paint Yatming
Chevy Stepside toy dinky cars I spent months sourcing on eBay, Parker Vector
rollerball pens with black ink refills sourced in India, a type of small and
cheap serrated knife popular with commercial fisherman, new old stock oversized
novelty combs in the shape of lobsters, small spools of neon coloured excel
sailing rope, tubs of SNAP brand pumice hand cleaner which is no longer available
and two-stack wooden tugboats made by me. Each of these items is
available for purchase for exactly what they cost me to procure or
produce. Gift Shop Project will end when each of these items has sold out,
and I have precisely broken even on costs.
